Return and Refund Policy

For any exchange or refund, please complete this form in full and ensure you meet all of the following conditions:

You must submit your return request within a maximum of 30 days following the delivery date.
The product must be kept in the same condition as it was upon delivery or pickup from the warehouse.
It must not have been used, modified, cut, installed, or marked in any way.
After receiving the returned items and verifying that they meet the conditions set out above, we will issue a refund, less applicable fees.
No return request will be accepted in the absence of photos of the condition of the items.
Always wait for confirmation from SoftLux before returning any merchandise.

In the event of a return request, a restocking fee equivalent to 15% to 25% will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Returned merchandise must be sent directly to our warehouse, and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
